Camp Registration
*Please use this form only to register your team for a CHEERSPORT Summer Camp. If you have
questions about summer camps please contact us at

Registration Process:
- Enter Contact Person Information. This person will serve as the sole contact for the CHEERSPORT office up to and during the camp.
- Enter Team/Organization Information. Please enter information relevant to where teams(s) practice and/or will host the camp.
- Select Camp Start Date, Length and Type. You may register up to 3 unique camps on this form.

Click 'Submit Registration' button at bottom of screen.
You will be contacted shortly by a CHEERSPORT representative to discuss camp details and determine camp cost.
*Note: A $50/person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your camp dates. Acceptable
forms of payment include check, money order and cashiers check. Your camp dates are not guaranteed until CHEERSPORT
receives this deposit. This deposit will be applied to the total balance for the camp(s).
Only one check per camp, payable to CHEERSPORT, will be accepted. *CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECKS ONLY.
Submitting this form does NOT guarantee that you will receive your requested dates. A CHEERSPORT representative will contact you
to finalize all camp details.

An invoice and confirmation will be sent once the camp is finalized.
